Rates are before tax and are based on a minimum 4 people. Stay 3 nights, get the 4th night 1/2 off, if you arrive or depart at the beginning or end of a "gap". You can reserve a vacation for as short as three nights if you arrive or depart on a day that either starts the day a gap starts or ends.
