12:50 PM Start time, 10:00 AM Registration at Franklin Elementary School, West Main Street, Anoka.
Registration Fee: $20 in advance (must be received by ABLA by noon on October 23) or $25 race day. 5K Course is USATF Certified with age group awards 3 deep in 9 age groups. Long-sleeved shirts and refreshments are available for finishers of either event. Be sure to come early as many people will be arriving in Anoka for the Grand Day Parade. Costumes encouraged; awards will be given to the five best individual and group costumes. Animals are not allowed on race course.
