Year-RoundASIA SPEAKS Exhibit Dates: June 15 to July 31, 2012 Carlander Family Gallery Artist Reception: June 15th 5-7 p.m. Dee Teller, Dee Teller's entire show will be on fans or on scrolls----this is the Asian way to present original work. The scrolls and fans will be the visual voice box for "ASIA SPEAKS". Dee has exhibited in China, Japan, Canada, Korea, and the USA. She also has art in homes in those 5 countries. The paintings on scrolls were mounted on silk with rice paper in China, Japan, Korea, or with a Japanese scroll maker in Utah. Dee has won National and International competition on her horses and calligraphy . They make up the majority of the show. It will also include Yellow Mountain landscape, florals and other subjects. She started Sumi-e Painting in 1986..... Studied in China at an Art Academy in 1987
