Campers aged 9-12 will learn about the unique artwork in the State Capitol and on the Capitol Mall through guided tours and a variety of hands-on activities. They will have the opportunity to make a color wheel, create a new memorial for the Capitol Mall in clay and present their design ideas to the group, examine selected Governor's portraits for clues about each man and his time in office, pose for an "official" Governor's portrait using costumes and props, and design a Capitol-themed tee-shirt to take home.
