Beginning “Black Friday,” Nov. 23, 2012, HGTV is celebrating the holidays with a modern-day life-size Gingerbread House at Mall of America, the nation’s largest retail and entertainment complex, in Bloomington, MN. For over five weeks, until Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013, HGTV’s Gingerbread House – located in the rotunda – will offer shoppers an opportunity to attend daily demonstrations, meet and greets, and autograph sessions featuring popular HGTV talent like Design Star’s David Bromstad, The Property Brothers Jonathan Scott and Drew Scott,Kitchen Cousins Anthony Carrino and John Colaneri, The High Low Project’s Sabrina Soto, DIY Network’s Bath Crashers’ Matt Muenster, as well as HGTV Magazine and HGTV.com editors and more. In addition, fans can join in House Hunters Bingo every Monday night and take their kids to HGTV-friendly activities like gingerbread cookie decorating, crafts and coloring on Toddler Tuesdays®. Shoppers can also grab photos in HGTV’s custom holiday photo experience and may pose in front of the Gingerbread House and the 44 ft. tall Christmas tree.
