Contempo Physical Dance presents Batuque, a new full-length work choreographed by Marciano Silva dos Santos that explores the African origins and rise of samba in Brazil. Performances for on Fri. & Sat. (Feb. 1 & 2, 2013) are at 8 PM. Performance on Sun. (Feb. 3, 2013) is at 2 PM.
Tickets for the performances are: $20-Adult, $16-Senior/Student, $12-Child (does not include $4 per ticket handling fee).
