We invite you to join us in our kitchen as we teach you the tricks in preparing a big 20' turkey for smoking, along the with special wood we use. Then you help us smoke the turkeys over hickory wood, so you can take one home for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. You will be the star of the show with this huge turkey to show off at your Thanksgiving dinner.
