Explore Minneapolis and the Mississippi River on this interactive tour. Begin aboard a motorcoach traveling around sparkling city lakes and famous Minneapolis landmarks, with live commentary from our knowledgeable and experienced tour guides. The tour includes a short stop at the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden (weather permitting) and a stop on Nicollet Mall at the Farmers Market for lunch on your own.
The tour continues aboard a modern replica of a historic sternwheeler for a cruise on the mighty Mississippi River. This summer, the boat with be cruising the northern route so we will not go through any locks. However, guests will get to see the new Lowery Avenue Bridge, the beautiful winding trails of the Minneapolis Park System along the northern river front, the Historic Minneapolis Riverfront above the Falls, the beautiful Hennepin Avenue Expansion Bridge, and much more!
