2nd Annual Lake Minnetonka Crappie Flop Ice Fishing Tournament will take place on Excelsior Bay on Saturday, February 16th 2013. Registration will be from 11-12 and the tournament will be from 12-3 and awards following at The Excelsior Brewery. Proceeds will benefit community athletics and Tips Outdoors Foundation.
