Year-RoundAnnual winter festival held on North Center Lake if ice permits. Event includes hot air balloon launches, medallion hunt,horse drawn hayrides, a 5K & kids run, helicopter rides, and if weather permits, sled dog rides, snowmobile racing and family ice skating.There will be a concession tent with hot food and drinks. Get out and enjoy winter in Minnesota!

: Hot Air Balloon Launches at 7 AM on Sat. & Sun. and also 3:30 PM on Saturday. Other activities take place throughout the weekend, 7 AM - 4 PM. In the event of unsafe ice conditions, the events will be held at Ki Chi Saga Park in Lindstrom, MN.
