The Twin Cities Jazz Festival is one of the largest civic events in the upper Midwest, attracting more than 30,000 people to a diverse lineup of local, national and international jazz artists. Events of the festival are held in in downtown Saiint Paul and centered in Mears Park, in the heart of the historic Lowertown neighborhood. All the concerts on the Mears Park stages are free.
