Austin's 3rd Annual Merry TubaChristmas is a FREE community Christmas concert -- which will be held at 1:00 pm in Center Court at Oak Park Mall, 1301-18th Avenue, NW. Players of the tuba, sousaphone, baritone and euphonium are encouraged to join the fun. Merry TubaChristmas, held around the world for 38 years was founded by the Harvey G. Phillips Foundation.
