Final Call for 2012 Travel Marketing Award Nominations

Completed nomination forms for the 2012 Travel Marketing Awards are due by Friday, November 23. The awards program is conducted annually to salute outstanding achievements in travel promotion, public relations, and the advertising of Minnesota's many travel destinations and attractions.

Competitive awards are presented each year to tourism businesses and organizations for outstanding tourism advertising projects and promotions in several categories. Special recognition awards are presented to individuals and organizations in recognition of major and lasting contributions to the promotion of Minnesota travel, or dedication to and development of the Minnesota travel industry.

Award winners will be recognized at the 2013 Minnesota Conference on Tourism, to be held February 12-13, 2013, at the Hilton Hotel in downtown Minneapolis. Winning entries will also be included in a news release detailing the award winning projects and nominees.
