Explore Minnesota Customer Activity Growing

Visits to our website, www.ExploreMinnesota.com and m.exploreminnesota.com, in November were 195,735, up 22% over November 2011. Visits from mobile devices, such as smart phones and tablets, were 43,898 for the month, a 159% increase over November 2011.

Website brochure requests were up 28% over last year at this time, and up 17% over last month. Our Winter Explorer is the top requested brochure for November followed by our Highway Map and 2013 Minnesota Travel Guide.

Our travel information centers with offices in key locations throughout the state have serviced 2,617,029 customers so far this year, up 17% over the same time period last year.

And finally there was a significant spike of almost 3,000 fans in Facebook in November compared to the past three months. According to Facebook analytics our page has received 59,728 likes.
