SMARI conducted this research in 2008. The study considered consumers' use of destination websites relative to the types of information they want and use; and organizational or functionality issues which present barriers to user-friendliness and/or the overall value of the site. The study included specific conclusions and recommendations regarding potential refinements for the Minnesota site.
The study also considered site performance relative to advertisers and any features that they might desire.
