We specialize in great year around getaways, business/group retreats and family reunions. Our Vacation Lake Homes and Cabins are from 50' to 150' of the lake on level ground. All have decks along the front with grills and picnic tables and some have two baths, dishwashers, knotty pine lined great rooms, built in gas fireplaces, center island in kitchen, vaulted ceilings, etc. They all have great views of the lake. Three are wheelchair accessible; Vacation Lake Homes include roll-in showers and wheelchair accessibility to the lake. Our large group complexes sleep up to 24 persons. The lodge provides a scenic view of the lake and has a short order grill. Order off the menu or arrange meal packages for your group. Wi-Fi is available in the lodge and also in the recreation/conference center which is great for meetings. The recreation room includes pool table and video games & other activities. Downstairs are showers and a changing room, which our campers and day pass skiers really enjoy. Self-serve laundry is provided. Our campground is limited to just 8 sites. We have more than 23K of on-site groomed cross-country ski trails, which make great hiking and biking trails in the non-winter season. We offer organized children's activities Mon.-Fri. Itasca State Park with its more than 30 miles of cross-country ski trails is just a 1/2 hr. drive. Rental equipment available in the summer include boats, motors & pontoon. Free use of kayaks, canoes and paddleboats. The clear springfed lake is excellent for fishing, species include walleye,crappies, sunfish,large mouth bass & northern pike The Lake is also great for swimming & all water related sports. Located on the western slopes of the Laurentian Divide in forested area just 20 m. from the Headwaters of the Mississippi River at Itasca State Park and on the north boundary of Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge. Detroit Lakes, Park Rapids and Shooting Star Casino are just a 3/4 hour drive.The resort grounds are secluded and beautiful with more than 500 acres and one mile of shoreline bordering two lakes and a scenic river.
