Mar 26, 2013 - Nov 20, 2013The Old Barn Resort is tucked away in scenic Southeastern Minnesota, right in the heart of Bluff Country, near Lanesboro & Preston. We offer a 172-site campground with sites for both tents & RVs. A 38-bed hostel is also a favorite for indoor accommodations. All rates include use of our three-season heated pool. Our 18-hole, par 70 golf facilities offers challenging terrain, beautiful views and driving range. We have a full restaurant and bar on-site that is great for a cocktail and appetizers after golf, a lunch with coworkers or an evening dinner with your family. We are also able to host and cater banquets! The Root River State Trail runs adjacent to our site offering 60+ miles of paved trails. The Root River passes through the property and is excellent for trout fishing, canoeing and tubing. An outfitter on-site offers canoe, bike and inner tube rentals for our guests. Located approximately 7 miles from Lanesboro & 4 miles from Preston.
