Mystic Loon Vacation Home: This property has been in the previous family since before the turn of the century when Prior Lake was a horse and buggy resort town for the Twin Cities. The house was built in the 1950’s and is a charming Cape Cod style lake home built by an affluent lumber company family. This 3200+ square foot home has been fully renovated with modern amenities, but retains the true architectural point of the home. The home sits on level lakeshore 50 feet from the water. It has the most private 3 acres lot on the lake with 340 feet of south facing frontage. It has a three season porch, large great room, fireplace, exquisite master suite/bath, 3 additional bedrooms and bathrooms. It includes Kayaks and a private dock. Prior Lake: This vacation home is located on the Northern side of Lower Prior Lake. Lower Prior Lake is 956 acres with a maximum depth of 60 feet. Upper Prior Lake is 386 acres with a maximum depth of 50 feet. Prior Lake is located in the City of Prior Lake in Scott County, Minnesota. It is connected to Lower Prior Lake to the northeast via a navigable channel that passes under Eagle Creek Ave. The lake is primarily managed for walleye and largemouth bass and secondarily managed for northern pike and bluegill. It is a wonderful recreational lake for any family to enjoy. There is a restaurant/pub, boat rental and gas dock available on Prior Lake.
