Waterfront cabins & chalets on the famous Rainy River where it enters the legendary Lake of the Woods. Cabins fully furnished, a/c, color cable TV, linens, utensils, etc. etc. Lodge offers waterfront bar & grill & game room at our ViewPoint Saloon & Grill. Wheelers Point is where the famous Rainy River enters the legendary Lake of the Woods and its more than 14,000 islands and 65,000 miles of shoreline. The lake and river offer world class walleye fishing along with sauger, northern pike, muskie, sturgeon, and small mouth bass. Spring and Summer offer fishing, boating water-skiing, golf, swimming and jet-skiing. Try our charters, they leave at 8am and return by 5pm for a full day of fun and fishing .Fall fishing and hunting for the true sportsmen. Fall brings the shiners and walleye into the river for fantastic walleye action. Join us for hunting, ducks, geese, grouse, deer, and bear are just beyond your cabin door. Winter at Wheelers has it all: Ice Fishing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing. Let us chauffeur your party in one of our spacious FloatVans to your comfortable heated fish house, or you can drive to your fish house on our plowed roads. We'll check in on you throughout the day, and pick up to your and your fish for a relaxing ride back to the lodge.
