Family Friendly! Awesome Beach, Level Grounds, 6 NEW four season Cabins, 13 gorgeous three season cabins. Fish 6th Crow Wing Lake, tour lake on hydrobikes, kids participate in summer activities. We offer a refreshing haven so you can recharge! Children stay free with parents under conditions Royal Starr is a secluded family resort on beautiful lake level grounds. We have 11 immaculate, modern, carpeted, knotty pine, housekeeping cabins. Two of our cabin were brand new in 2001! These new four bedroom cabins have fireplaces and dishwashers and will be open all year! Imagine a snowy winter eve in the northwoods with your family relaxing near a cozy fire. All cabins include full kitchens with modern appliances, linens, TV's, decks, weber grills, picnic tables and a dock site. Cabin sizes range from one to four bedrooms.
If fishing is your interest, the Crow Wing chain of lakes have long been noted among the best fishing lakes in northern Minnesota. Crappies, Bluegills, Bass, Northern and Walleye are all available, many plentiful. During the spring and fall, cabin rates really appeal to the fisherperson. Royal Starr has its own private boat launch and electricity at the lighted docks. Boats and motors are for rent, and we sell live bait.
During the summer season family activities happen almost everyday! There are supervised and creative children's activities, family events and even a spa time for the ladies! Children enjoy our playground area and the adults love our new sauna.
Our sandy and vast beach is appreciated by all ages. And, the beach is in view from your cabin. Water toys for all ages include hydro bikes, paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, fun bugs, swim raft. Stroll the private nature trails on resort property. The Heartland Trail is very close, great for biking and rollerblading.
Our guests enjoy a quiet lake setting, good fishing and contentment while at the Starr. For the safety of our guests, please leave your pets, jet skis, ATV's and fireworks at home. We accept Visa, Mastercard, checks and even cash.
