Developed in the late 1970s, this athletic field complex has reclaimed a decommissioned landfill and is part of the city's northeast watershed area and wetland. Across the street to the north, Wilson Elementary School, the City has provided two lit hockey rinks and one general skating area. This 33.7-acre park serves as a primary location for youth baseball, softball and soccer.

Anoka Ramsey Athletic Association uses this complex for their youth baseball and soccer. The complex includes 4 baseball fields, 2 soccer fields, and 4 tennis courts.

Take Highway 10 into Anoka. Exit on 7th Avenue and go north on 7th Avenue. Turn right (east) on Sunny Lane, which winds through a residential area until you reach the park at the intersection of Colfax & Charlotte Drive.
