Year-RoundWe're all about beer, and we know very little about anything else, so you won't find anything extra here: the only alcoholic beverage we serve (by law, in fact) is the beer we brew on premises. And even though Brian is an above-average cook, we've left the food to the experts. If you want a bite while you're here, you can enjoy offerings from a rotation of food trucks (see schedule on our website), or order in from our North Loop neighborhood restaurants. Finally, if you want to get even closer to the process, join us for a tour. Tours are limited to 20 people, and begin at 1:00, 2:00, and 3:00 every Saturday afternoon.
