The dining room at Burntside Lodge is casually sophisticated with spectacular views of Burntside Lake and a dining experience unmatched in the area. Our restaurant serves modern American cuisine with a rustic European influence and showcases the finest and freshest ingredients. All of our meats are sourced from local ranchers and farmers and we use local produce whenever possible. Everything from our breads to our sauces are original and made fresh daily in our kitchen.
You will find yourself tempted by specialties such as our Duck Breast with baby Turnips, Huckleberry Jus & Heirloom Farro; Pan-seared Walleye with Artichoke-Caper Ravigote, Haricot Verts & Fondant Potatoes or our grass-fed New York Strip with Pommes Frites & Marrow Butter.
Our bar is open at 6:00 nightly and offers lighter fare such as our Burntside Burger with house made Frites, Walleye Sandwich or our Duck Confit Poutine. Appetizers and our house made desserts are also available.
Complementing the menu, our boutique wine list, specialty cocktails, spirits & microbrews are sure to enhance your dining experience.
We are open for dinner 7 days a week beginning at 6:00 pm and we serve breakfast on Saturday & Sunday from 8:00 - 10:00 am.
