Year-RoundDuring the tour, visitors will learn the history of Summit Brewing Company, the process for making Summit beer and will take a walking tour of the brewhouse, cellar and packaging area. At the conclusion of the tour, visitors that are age 21 and older can enjoy three samples of their favorite Summit brands of beer and shop in the brewery gift shop.

: Tours are at 1pm on Tues and Thurs and at 10:30am, 1pm, and 3:30pm on Saturdays. Reservations are required for all tours. There are no tours on holiday weekends. Reservations can be made at www.summitbrewing.com.
