Year-Round

The Fergus Falls Parks & Recreation staff and facilities are committed to making sporting events a success.

Delagoon Park is home to the Fergus Falls softball, baseball and soccer complexes. The softball fields have a new irrigation system allowing for quick drainage during inclement weather and underground watering of the fields. There is a concession stand, restrooms, bleacher seating at each field and picnic shelters. This park also has playground equipment and is the trailhead for the Central Lakes Bike Trail (55 miles from Fergus Falls to Osakis, MN). A public swimming beach is also located in this park complex and the public golf course is adjacent to - and just to the south of Delagoon Park.

The community arena just opened in October 2011 and has two regulation-sized sheets of ice, eight team locker rooms, figure skating room, concessions and seating for 1,100 (in the main/south arena). The satellite (north) arena seats 400. When not being used for ice-related events, the arenas are available for other events and activities (concrete floors only at this time with plans for artificial turf in the next two years).
