Year-RoundHigh on the bluffs overlooking the Mississippi River, scenic overlooks are easily reached by walking trails and offer a chance to get away in the quiet bluff country. Oak-hickory woods, pine plantations and goat prairies provide excellent birding, scenery, hiking on over 6 miles of trails and 9 miles of mostly intermediate level cross-country ski trails.
