Year-RoundThis park is located on a complex glacial deposit where the prairieland and central hardwood forests meet. Hikers and skiers enjoy the excellent vistas of Mountain and Baby Lakes and the wide-open feel from the hills of the native prairie. Trails also lead past many glacial formations, prairie potholes, marshes, woodlands and creeks. 5 mi S of Starbuck off State Hwy 29. 16 mi of hiking, 11 mi horse trails; 6 mi cross-country ski, 11 mi snowmobile trails. Boat and canoe rental available.
