Year-RoundThis 350 acre park offers camping, picnic areas and 3 overlooks 500 feet above the Mississippi River. Adjacent to Whitman Dam, John Latsch Park provides scenic views of the Mississippi's Pool 5. Also, a half-mile trail leading to the top of Mt. Charity.
