Built on tradition since 1985, the Service to Humanity Gala is one of Minnesota’s most premier events with over 1,400 attendees. More than $1.2 million is raised annually to support programs and services of United Hospital. Each year a community member and physician are honored for their selfless dedication and exemplary leadership in improving the health and welfare of our community. United Hospital’s investment in da Vinci robot technology is part of its commitment to superior oncology patient care. In 2018 alone we performed nearly 18,000 surgeries, with 70% being a treatment for oncology. This year’s event supports United Hospital’s Total Joint Replacement Center and Surgical Oncology Center of Excellence.
