Rapids River Days Parade

• 5:00 PM Lineup, 6:00 PM Start. Route runs along Sixth Avenue
• Reserve your spot early!

Tanner’s Team Foundation 5K/1K Walk-Run

• 7:15 AM registration at Bob Cross Park near the SRR Middle School.
• 1K – starts at 8:30 AM for (10 yrs and under)
• 5K – starts at 9:00 AM (chip-time
• 2-Mile Walk – starts at 9:00 AM

MN State Strongman/Strongwoman Championships

• 10:15 AM check-in; 11:00 AM start at Municipal Park on N Benton Drive.

Rapids River Food Fest

• 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Municipal Park on North Benton Drive
