Registration includes: 18 holes of golf, entry into $500 grand prize drawing, swag bag, lunch on the run, dinner buffet, raffle & games.
Need a cart? Reserve in advance with Moose Lake Golf Club. $36 for 18 holes. Limited number of carts available.
In case of rain or severe weather, we will do our best to reschedule the event. All registrations and sponsorship fees will be considered donations if event is unable to be rescheduled.
Our tournament fills up quickly !!! We allocate spots on a first-paid/first-served basis. We'll email your registration confirmation as soon as we receive payment.
