Bands, Brews, & BBQ is BACK every Thursday from 4:00pm-8:00pm enjoy delicious BBQ menu items, adult beverages, live music, yard games, fire pits, and the beautiful grounds of the Minnesota Discovery Center! Best part, this is a family friendly event with free admission!

Bands will play from 5-7pm. Keep an eye out for our band schedule below - coming soon!

We will also be offering a whole new menu this year. Stay tuned for more details and check back for our menu!

Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options will also available. We encourage reservations but walk-ins will be welcome - call 218-254-7959 to reserve a table. The Rustic Pig Food Court will be open every Thursday from 4pm-8pm starting June 2nd through the end of August.

Bands, Brews, & BBQ will take place outdoors in The Rustic Pig Food Court, neatly tucked away on the Minnesota Discovery Center’s award-winning campus. Safety precautions have been implemented to allow for a healthy and safe event environment.
