About

The Cars & Caves car shows take place from April to September on the last Saturday of each month. The owners of the Chanhassen AutoPlex open their garage doors for the Cars & Caves Car Show. Most importantly, each show benefits a different charity, such as the Ronald McDonald House, Special Olympics, and others. The show is free and runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and we feature collector, muscle, antique, street rod, exotic vehicles, and vintage motorcycles. 

The show happens at the Chanhassen AutoPlex, a 20-acre campus with 146 garages. It is recognized as the pioneering car condo development, setting a new standard for automotive storage and amenities.

Each month will feature a theme with these makes featured in the center of the campus. Other qualifying show cars will be admitted until the space is full. Please note we have new hours for 2024. The show will happen 9:00 am – 1:00 pm April – September.

Cars & Caves

• April 27th – Open show
• May 25th- Classics – 25 years or older
• June 29th- Italian – Ferrari, Maserati, Fiat, Lambo and etc.
• July 27th – American – Ford, Mopar, GM, Pontiac and etc.
• August 31st – British – MG, Mini, Aston, Jag, McLaren
• September 28th – German – Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, VW

Wednesday Summer Nights

We are also resuming our weekday Wednesday Summer Nights shows on Wednesdays from 5:00pm-8:00pm.

We have been featured on local media outlets such as Fox9, WCCO, and KARE11, as well as in national publications like The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times. Our story even reached international audiences, with a feature in Germany's Welt newspaper.
