About

Chalk.a.Lot is a Sidewalk Chalk Festival. Artists of all ages and abilities will draw on sidewalks in downtown Two Harbors. There will be free entertainment, art activities and food vendors at Thomas Owens Park. Waterfront Drive will be closed between 2nd and 4th Avenues. Featured artists will be on site to demonstrate and delight.
