Community is About Unity. The public is invited to this FREE event to explore Hocokata Ti and learn more about the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC) and Native American history and culture through a series of interactive learning stations. The stations will provide visitors with an overview of topics and issues important to Indian Country, including arts and crafts, Native American culture and language, local history, Indigenous foods, film showings, federal policy impact, gaming history, and much more!
