Discover different cooking methods, recipes, and techniques using corn, including the foolproof way to boil the perfect corn cob. Create everything from soup to salsa, fritters to muffins, with corn.

Cooking Classes explore various cooking techniques and the flexibility of seasonally available ingredients. Participants will cook and sample a variety of dishes from sweet to savory, to appetizer to dessert, and take home printed recipes. Classes are held in the visitor center's Learning Kitchen.
