Don a funky hat and bib for one of ASI’s most cherished (and daring) food experiences! If you’ve never tried a crayfish, this is your chance. Kräftskiva is a traditional annual crayfish party celebrated throughout Sweden and here in the U.S.
ASI’s popular Crayfish Party features great food and music on the ASI lawn, snaps drinking, sing-alongs, and much more. (funky hat and bib provided). The event features heaps of crayfish brined with dill and sides like bread, cheese, and aquavit. Hat-and-bib-wearing guests sing drinking songs such as Helan Går and down a complimentary celebratory shot of aquavit (for guests ages 21+).
