About

Ever tried a cricket cookie or Japanese beetle popcorn? Join Andrew Surine, a Bell Museum Planetarium Education Assistant and UMN undergraduate researching insects in the Department of Entomology, to discover how insects can play a role in food industry sustainability and how they could be a key food for space exploration! Andrew will also share his experience collaborating with a team of students to submit a proposal for the NASA/CSA Deep Space Food Challenge.

Tune in to our Facebook Live on August 10 at 4:30 pm to join the conversation!
