There is more to history than meets the eye at Historic Fort Snelling; this army post was home to engineers as well as soldiers. Bring your critical thinking skills as you learn how the fort was designed, how the Army worked, how it kept time, stayed healthy and maintained equipment. This camp is for kids who want to delve beneath the surface to investigate the reasons things are the way they are, how they came to be, and the effects they have on us today.
This camp is for ages 8-11.
