We invite the community to join us for an event to celebrate the unveiling of the Faces of Unity mural created by artist Peyton Scott Russell! The goal of this project was to create a mural that provides representation of all faces of our community. This summer and fall, Red Wing Arts hosted Stencil Workshops where participants created their own paper stencil and took home several painted copies. Peyton Scott Russell then used these stencils to design and create the Faces of Unity mural for Downtown Red Wing. Faces of Unity is a program of Red Wing Arts, supported by a grant from the Philip S. Duff Jr. Endowment Fund. This project is supported in part by an award from the National Endowment for the Arts.
