Chief Jim Morrison, of the Gunflint Trail Volunteer Fire Department (GTVFD) and President of the Board of Trustees for the GTVFD Michael Valentini, will be available to help answer any questions you may have about how to Fire Wise your property or how a Sprinkler Protection System can help protect your property in case of a wildland fire.

Firewise is a national program, adopted by Minnesota & Cook County. Firewise encourages local solutions and fuel reduction for wildfire safety by involving homeowners, community leaders, planners, developers, firefighters, and others to protect people and property from wildfire risks.
