Is your favorite spectator sport The Great British Bake Off? When you move, are your cookbooks the first items you unpack? Is Dominique Ansell, Julia Child or Chuck Williams your personal hero? Can you identify lardo, za’atar or mirepoix? This trivia event might be for you.
Six rounds, plus a visual identification round.
Tickets required to play. All members of your team must have a ticket, and a ticket is required for admission. Barring a sellout, a limited amount of tickets will be available at the door. It is highly recommended that your whole team purchase tickets in advance. Find ticket information on Eventbrite or at www.foodbuilding.com.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams, including gift certificates to Kieran’s Kitchen or food gifts from Food Building’s Makers, Red Table Meat Co., Baker’s Field Flour & Cheese and Alemar Cheese Company.
