Learn and experience how to live a more environmentally friendly life. Exhibitors from around the Metro will provide ​fun, interactive booths, activities, and information.

Free and open to the public!
Hours: 9am - 4pm

FUN ACTIVITIES & LEARNING FOR ALL AGES:

Demos and mini-classes:

  • Make your own paints (child & adult sessions)
  • homemade play dough (kids)
  • upcycled journals (kids)
  • What is 'De-growth' (adults)

Donation Stations:

  • Bring writing utensils of all kinds (working or not! (**Until 12:00**) Pens, pencils, markers, crayons
  • Other donation stations to be announced

  • Soothing Sorting - Community sorting of writing utensils into donatables and recyclables

*OUR ZERO WASTE COMMITMENT:
- Accessible from public transportation
- Reused/Reusable/Up-cycled race equipment, signs, and set up
- Limiting handout waste: Providing electronic information where possible, or using recycled and recyclable
- Providing Compost and Recycling stations and ambassadors
- Offering creative experiences rather than cheap giveaways that end up in the landfill
