Gunn Lake chain is a small chain of lakes that run between the Chippewa National Forest and the George Washington State Forest. If you’re looking to get away to the Northwoods and enjoy a series of quiet, scenic lakes, come join us on this guided kayak paddle. We will provide the gear.
You'll start this adventure at the shop where we'll drive up to the lake. From the landing we will paddle kayaks to a private picnic area, while learning some history of the area as well as hopefully seeing some critters such as fish, ducks, loons, eagles, beaver, and deer, to name a few. We will then have lunch and s'mores around the campfire and then continue our tour back to the landing. Great for families and friends alike.
