Love gingerbread? A fan of architecture and construction? Dream of building your own home or designing a structure? Then this class is for you!
Learn the basics of building construction and architectural design at this all-ages, family-friendly, kid-oriented workshop taught by Eric Cheever, the fun-loving Exhibits & Collections Curator for the Stearns History Museum. Eric will show you the inner workings of construction and design and teach about basic building elements during this hands-on class.
Engage your inner architect or builder while creating your own structural masterpiece using icing and gingerbread. It’s sure to be a sweet treat!
Gingerbread Architecture: The Sweet Elements of Design will be held twice at two separate locations in central Minnesota. The first class takes place at The Charles A. Weyerhaeuser Memorial Museum in Little Falls on Saturday, November 20th. The second class will be held on Saturday, December 4th, at the Stearns History Museum in St. Cloud. Both classes run from 11 a.m. to noon. Masks are required and class size is limited to allow for social distancing.
