Break out your costumes a couple days early and head downtown for Halloween in Hopkins on Saturday, October 26, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., featuring trick-or-treating along Mainstreet, a Haunted Jail Tour at the Hopkins Police Department, Howl-O-Ween dog costume contest, and more. Join us between 8th and 11th Aves. on Mainstreet for multiple treat stops at local businesses.
