Come be a part of the Hopkins Royal Triathlon held at beautiful Shady Oak Beach, (5200 Shady Oak Rd) on the border of Hopkins and Minnetonka, MN. Compete in a traditional sprint distance, or for those newer to the sport or who have limitations, try our shorter mini-sprint option, where you choose either the longer or shorter distances for each segment.

Mini-sprint distance ($45)
 100 yard swim (face it, either you can swim or you can't)
 4.5 mile bike ride (shorter and flatter, enough said)
 1.75 mile run (bad knees? You can crawl this if need be)
​Sprint distance ($60)
750 yard swim (sandy beach, clean deep water)
13 mile bike ride (triple loop, w/ 1 big hill)
5K run (fast and mostly on a flat shaded trail)
VIP Charity Slot ($100) 
choose mini or sprint distance; All of the registration fee money goes to our volunteer youth groups, and you get on-site parking and the best bike racks in the transition area.
