The horns are the loudest and most powerful instruments in an orchestra, and brass players are often positioned in the back so they don’t drown out everyone else. In tonight's MSO program, the horn section steps up and takes on a prominent role. The program includes classic works by the likes of Mozart, Schumann, and Haydn. The MSO is thrilled to welcome Michael Gast, Minnesota Orchestra Principal Horn, back to the stage to celebrate our 2018/19 Season Finale.
