Come celebrate International Yoga Day at Union Depot on Saturday, June 22 from 9 AM to 12:30 PM. Located on the North Plaza at Union Depot, the event is FREE and open to the public.The festivities will provide opportunities for attendees to recharge their bodies and minds with Studio 9-to-5, including three live yoga classes taught by Studio 9-to-5 instructors. These classes will each incorporate a different style of yoga. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, water, and towel, if needed, for the fitness-focused classes.
9 AM - 10 AM: Yoga for Everybody with Emily Rose
10:30 AM - 11 AM: Doga - Yoga with your dog with Nikki
11:45 AM - Noon: Community Meditation with Nandi
12 PM - 12:30 PM - Restorative Yoga with Nandi
A live DJ will perform at the event’s yoga classes, creating an ideal ambiance for self-rejuvenation. Grab a free glass of iced coffee from Lowertown Bike Shop Coffee Station and enter to win a prize basket valued at $150!
