Kraftskiva – Crayfish Party at ASI

Helan gar ... the annual Kraftskiva, or Crayfish Party, is a summer tradition at the American Swedish Institute! The festive meal features pounds of crayfish steeped in crown dill brine, along with bread, cheese and other sides. Every guest will receive a shot of aquavit with which to skal - and there will be plenty of opportunities for that with our hosts leading rousing drinking songs! (A big 'tack' to O. P. Anderson Aquavit, the official sponsors of the skal). Put on your party hats and experience a Swedish summer party like none other!

Cocktail hour begins at 6:30 p.m. (Dinner served at 7 p.m.) A cash bar will be available. This is a 21+ event.
